Tiramisu Tart

Whether you want to enjoy something sweet during the weekday evenings, or you want to surprise your friends and family on different occasions, this tiramisu recipe is always a good idea! It doesn’t take to be an experienced cook and more important… the ingredients are so easy to find (most likely you already have them in your house)! It is the perfect time to try this easy and delicious recipe. You and your dear ones will definitely enjoy it!

Ingredients

Tart shell:
250 g flour
100 g butter
1 egg
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
1 tbsp cold water

Chocolate & Coffee Ganache
150 ml heavy cream
170 g dark chocolate
2 tbsp coffee

Mascarpone Topping
225 g heavy cream
50 g sugar
225 g mascarpone

Directions

Tart shell
Sift the flour into a large bowl and add the cold butter pieces.
Using your fingers, crumble the mixture into fine breadcrumb like pieces.
Add the sugar and work again into the pieces.
Add the egg and a tbsp of cold water and continue to work into a dough.
Roll the pastry out and put it into a pie tin.
Bake it 20 minutes at 200 Degrees Celsius.
Put it in the fridge and let it cool down.

Chocolate & Coffee Ganache
Heat the heavy cream. Pour the cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute.
Add the coffee over the mixture, then put the chocolate ganache into the tart shell and let it sit in the fridge.

Mascarpone Topping
With a mixer whisk the sugar and the heavy cream.
Add the mascarpone and carefully mix everything until well combined.
Remove the tart from the fridge and top it with the mascarpone mixture.
