Chocolate & Coffee Ganache
150 ml heavy cream
170 g dark chocolate
2 tbsp coffee

Mascarpone Topping
225 g heavy cream
50 g sugar
225 g mascarpone

Tart shell
Sift the flour into a large bowl and add the cold butter pieces.
Using your fingers, crumble the mixture into fine breadcrumb like pieces.
Add the sugar and work again into the pieces.
Add the egg and a tbsp of cold water and continue to work into a dough.
Roll the pastry out and put it into a pie tin.
Bake it 20 minutes at 200 Degrees Celsius.
Put it in the fridge and let it cool down.

Chocolate & Coffee Ganache
Heat the heavy cream. Pour the cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute.
Add the coffee over the mixture, then put the chocolate ganache into the tart shell and let it sit in the fridge.

Mascarpone Topping
With a mixer whisk the sugar and the heavy cream.
Add the mascarpone and carefully mix everything until well combined.
Remove the tart from the fridge and top it with the mascarpone mixture.
