Whole Roasted Chicken Recipe with Vegetables

Ingredients and Directions:
One whole chicken
Vegetables (choose your favourite ones)
For chicken seasoning you will need:
Mix of Italian herbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a paste and then massage the chicken. This step can be prepared the night before and marinated overnight. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C and the chicken can be placed directly on the cooking tray. Insert the tray with the chicken on the middle step. The cooking time differs from the weight of the chicken, but for approximately 1, 2 kg, the chicken is done in about an hour.
For vegetable seasoning you will need:
Dice the vegetables in the shape preferred by you and put them directly in another cooking tray. Season them with salt, pepper, granulated garlic and a little olive oil to cover them and not burn in oven. Add to the oven on the bottom of the chicken for 20 minutes. before the chick is removed. When the chicken is ready, take it out of the oven, move the tray with the vegetables to the middle step and leave it for another 20 minutes. In this time the chicken cools down a bit before being cut. Before removing the vegetables, leave them for 2-3 minutes with fan option.
