Fizzy and Minty Strawberry Mojito Recipe

Ingredients:
50 ml light rum
25 ml sugar syrup
4 medium strawberries, cut into pieces
1/2 lime, cut into wedges
1 handful mint leaves
a splash soda water
crushed ice
Directions:
Place the strawberries and lime wedges into a highball glass and then add the sugar syrup. Start muddle them gently and after, clap the mint leaves two times in your palms. In order to to this, place the leaves in one hand and gently smack it with the other — this warms up the mint slightly and starts to extract the oils before you use it to garnish your drink. When you are finish with this step, place the mint into the glass, add rum and top it up with crushed ice. Stir and add soda water and more ice.
In the end, to make this mojito recipe even more special, garnish it with a slice of lime, a cute strawberry and mint leaves.
