Pasta carbonara – a recipe with just a few ingredients

Here is a delicious and simple pasta carbonara recipe perfect for lunch or dinner. If you are among the people who think that carbonara sauce is hard to be made, you haven’t tried this recipe yet. Whenever you are hungry or too lazy to cook, you can choose this version of carbonara. Of course, it is also a great choice for friends reunions because it is on everyone’s taste!


For 2 servings you will nee:
160 gr pasta
5 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons of fat, sour cream
2 eggs
salt, freshly ground pepper


In the hot pan put a teaspoon of oil and then add a clove of garlic (you can press it with the palm of your hand to crush it a little). With its help you will give the meat a great flavor, and after that you can take it out of the pan. In addition to the garlic, put the chopped prosciutto in the pan and let them brown well. Took the garlic out of the pan at the moment it starts to burn.

After the pasta has boiled, it must be drained from the water and put back in the pot. Pour over the pasta the sauce made from cream and egg. At this moment you can put the prosciutto from the pan. It is important not to put too much oil in the frying pan because you will obtain oily pasta and you don’t want that!

Now is time to let the pot on medium heat and stir for 2-3 minutes, until you see that the sauce starts to shrink. You can check this as follows: with a wooden spoon, pull through the middle of the pot so that the pot can be seen. If the sauce stays separate for a few seconds, it means that it ready!

Place the pasta nicely on the plate and sprinkle it with grated Parmesan cheese!
