Quick and simple one bowl brownie
A quick and simple one bowl brownie, a little crunchy on the outside and fudgy on the inside, perfect for chocolate lovers. This recipe is very delicious and it you will need only one bowl in order to prepare it. This means fewer dishes to wash and more time for you and your loved ones. All you need is a bowl, a whisk or a mixer and a tray lined with baking paper.
From the recipe below you will get a smaller brownie tray, suitable for about 5-6 people, so if you want to make for more people, I recommend doubling the quantities and using a larger tray.
200 g melted butter
200 g white sugar
100 g brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
70 g cocoa
100 g flour
1 teaspoon salt
100 g chocolate (dark, with milk or white, according to your preferences)
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. In a bowl put the white and brown sugar over them pour the melted butter. Beat the ingredients with the mixer for 2-3 minutes. After that, add the eggs, one by one, the vanilla essence and mix further. Mix well after each egg added!
Pour the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder and salt) over the wet composition in three rounds, mixing well with the mixer until everything is well incorporated. Cut the chocolate pieces and incorporate them into the dough.
Meanwhile, line the tray with baking paper and pour the composition, adding pieces of chocolate on top. Leave it in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 ° C or until a toothpick comes out clean after being inserted in the middle of the worktop.
You can enjoy this one bowl brownie recipe for the breakfast, or it can be a delicious dessert in any other part of the day!
