Ingredients:

Wet ingredients
3-4 large bananas
60ml oil
2 eggs

Dry ingredients
250g flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
half a teaspoon of salt

Extra
60g nuts
5 tablespoons sugar + 2 tablespoons sugar for sprinkling
1 small banana (optional)

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and prepare a baking paper tray. Using a fork start to grind the bananas.

Mix with a mixer or a whisk all the wet ingredients (bananas, oil, eggs). After that, add the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt) to the wet composition and mix until the dough is smooth.
