Frozen Yogurt – Great Recipe for All Tastes


Hot Summer Days are here and we all enjoy a refreshing frozen yogurt. There are a great alternative to ice-cream, with fewer calories and it can be easily made at home.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

1 cup frozen cherries or other frozen fruits

2 frozen bananas

1 cup frozen pinnaple

3 tablespoons of honey or maple syrop

245 gr of yogurt


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor until you get a smooth texture.
  2. Transfer the composition into a glass dish.
  3. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
  4. If you enjoy a crunchy texture, you can add Oreo topping or nuts.
  5. Enjoy!
